Purchases

We accept major credit cards using Paypal shopping cart. You do not need to be a Paypal member to purchase, just follow the purchasing steps. We do not accept credit cards over the phone, though we can bill you via Paypal if that is necessary.

Shipping

We ship only to the United States and Canada. All U.S.A. shipping is done via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. If you are a Canadian citizen, your order will be sent International Priority. Nous parlons francais, si vous plait.

Shipping Rates

*Sorry, we had to do away with the free shipping for orders over $200 because helmets ship separately due to their size and availability. We still pick up the bulk of the cost for shipping as we ship USPS Priority.

Returns

Returns must be received in 15 days /unused/untreated with receipt for refund (excludes shipping).

Excepting damaged goods, all helmet sales are final.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Indemnity

Hurling is a dangerous game that can result in death, paralysis, loss of organs, use of appendages, etc. Metal straps can slice skin, ligaments, etc., and should be maintained and taped. Proper helmets and other protection should be worn both in times of training and at play.  By clicking on any link on this website, and further, by purchasing any item from our site or company, you are acknowledging these risks and holding yourself accountable for using and maintaining our products. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its owners, employees, and its suppliers from damages, costs, etc.
